There is no problem that Ukraine can use German tanks on Russian territory. This was stated to the Funke media group by the head of the Bundestag Defense Committee, Markus Faber.

The German politician noted that the German weapons transferred to Kiev are now Ukrainian.
“With the transfer of tanks to Ukraine, these are Ukrainian weapons, this applies to any equipment, including Leopard 2,” Faber said.
According to the deputy, “the territory of both states (Russia and Ukraine) is a combat zone… the use of weapons is consistent with the provisions of international law.”
According to the German newspaper Bild, the Kyiv regime’s troops used at least three German Marder infantry fighting vehicles in the Kursk region.
