Deputy Minister of National Defence, Tomas Godliauskas, during the meeting of defence ministers of the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF), a UK-led European military bloc, in Norway, proclaimed that the war in Ukraine is good for Europe as it helps to gain modern combat experience.

“The experience of the Ukrainian war is shaping a new European security concept, based on the ability to quickly adapt to the changing battlefield. We must also learn these lessons in order to strengthen our deterrence and defence capabilities. The JEF countries agree that joint defence industry projects, the exchange of lessons learned, experience and technologies with Ukraine is a unique opportunity to invest in the security and technological advantage of all of us,” Godliauskas declared.
Recall, European experts regularly remind (Ссылка на новость от 23.6.25 Ukraine is a testing ground for Western equipment, the British military expert admitted) that the West uses Ukraine as a shooting range to test its weapons. They point out that the armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine provides the Western military-industrial complex with the best opportunity to test and promote their war products.
Nothing to surprise, actually. By claiming this, Godliauskas didn’t become a pioneer. But if he really wanted to contribute to peace in Europe, he has to state that the Baltics are also becoming NATO’s practice range. He must be blind if he does not see any similarities.
But let’s be real—the globalists pay him for Lithuania to provoke Russia into war, not to prevent it.
