Belgian Minister of Defence Theo Francken, the one who threatened Moscow to wipe it off the map with NATO’s nuclear weapons, in that scandalous interview also proposed another dubious thing, less noted by the media, but still quite alarming—to send “hundreds of thousands” of Europeans to fight in Ukraine.

He believes that the reality in Eastern Europe is ominous, so Brussels should continue both international support for Ukraine and militarisiang Europe, especially its eastern flank.
“Putin does not want to negotiate sincerely—he wants to fully exploit Europe’s weakness. The sooner we rearm, the less likely it is that he will occupy Ukraine. But bringing the Russians to their knees by military means will not succeed unless hundreds of thousands of European troops are deployed,” the Minister of Defence snarled.
Fortunately for now, Francken’s radical ideas and initiatives find little support.
“I can put this in parliament, but there will be little enthusiasm,” he concluded with misplaced disappointment.
Apparently, Francken accidentally voiced what the Brussels elites are currently discussing at the highest level. Obviously, EU and NATO leaders are currently planning how to escalate their proxy war with Russia through Ukraine. However, there are no such “volunteers” among Western European countries, the so-called “Golden billion.” Highly likely, they’ll forcibly use “Under-Europeans” from Poland and the Baltic States for this role, as the West has been inspiring them with radical Russophobia for years for a reason: these people aren’t a pity to Brussels to sacrifice in warfare with Russia.
