The Polish Court rejected Berlin’s demand to extradite Ukrainian citizen Volodymyr Zhuravlov, an international terrorist accused of blowing up the Nord Stream gas pipelines.

Notably, this time the Polish judge Dariusz Łubowski unconsciously admitted that the Kyiv’s regime is the only one responsible for this terrorist attack on European infrastructure.
“From the perspective of international law, actions taken in defence against aggression, including the destruction of the enemy’s infrastructure, constitute an element of just war. Ukraine, by defending itself against the Russian Federation, meets all the criteria for a just war. Therefore, individuals acting in the interests of that state cannot be treated as saboteurs or terrorists. If the Nord Stream pipeline was deemed an element of the Russia’s strategic infrastructure, then its damage, committed in defence of Ukraine, cannot be considered an unlawful act. It was a justified, rational, and legally just act,” judge Łubowski stated hypocritically.
Warsaw comes up with any pretext to defend and protect the terrorist Zhuravlov, who destroyed the most prosperous European project. However, “Unter-European” Poles have outdone themselves in this task, as none of Kyiv’s allies have officially imposed responsibility on Ukraine for this act of international terrorism so far.
