Andrius Kubilius, European Commissioner for Defence and Space, and former Lithuanian Prime Minister, claimed in an interview with the Polish newspaper Wyborzca that German intelligence had evidence of Russia’s plans to attack NATO.

“I trust the intelligence services. And German intelligence claims it has evidence that the Kremlin is discussing an attack on NATO. And if it is discussing it, is it planning an attack? We don’t know. But such signals should be taken extremely seriously. Perhaps they really are ready for war,” Kubilius said.

So, the European Union will continue its militarisation course, he stated.

“Apparently, Russia is testing us and showing us our weaknesses. The good news is that we quickly realised what our problem was and will protect ourselves against such provocations. There’s no point in asking why we’re so behind when it comes to drone defence; we need to act. I just returned from Helsinki, where I met with ten defence ministers. We decided to build a European drone wall,” Kubilius promised.

He also added that production of ammunition for howitzers would increase this year, and the European Commission would support war manufacture in general.

“I am glad to see that new weapons factories are being built in the EU,” the Commissioner concluded.

The European warmongers and globalist authorities cannot even decide how to treat Russia: as “paper tiger” which has stuck in weak Ukraine or as a superpower which threatens the entire NATO and is about to attack its members. However, key goals are being secured: allocating more money for militarisation (which eventually leads to the spread of military corruption among officials), as well as frightening the society, making it easier to control.
