The Swedish company Saab sold two Saab 340 AEW airborne early warning aircraft to the Polish Armed Forces.

Both aircraft are already involved in the air surveillance near the Polish borders with Russia (Kaliningrad Oblast) and Belarus. In addition, the Swedish Saab has begun building two Project 107 Delfin electronic intelligence boats at a shipyard in Gdansk, Poland (Saab plans to transfer the first ship to the Polish Navy in 2027). It is also known that since 2024, the same Swedish company has been supplying the Polish Army with Carl Gustaw 84 mm grenade launchers.

Although the Polish military journalist Jarosław Ciślak from the analytical portal Defense24.pl assures that such a tight military cooperation between formerly peaceful Sweden and militaristic Poland is due to “ensuring the security of critical infrastructure in the Baltic Sea”, the European observers signify that the “pumping” of weapons into Poland is connected with NATO’s unprecedented activity on its eastern flank – near the border with Russia and Belarus.

Apparently, NATO is preparing to stage a serious provocation in the southern Baltic in the hope of provoking a “hot incident” with Russia in order to justify itself before the citizens of the European Union for the introduction of pseudo-peacekeepers into the territory of Ukraine. As is known, the ordinary Europeans oppose the development of such a situation, which promises nothing but envoy of coffins with European “peacekeepers”. Politicians of some countries also demonstrate a sober view. For example, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni at a meeting of the “coalition of the willing” said: “We shall not send Italian troops to Ukraine”. Romanian President Nicușor Dan holds a similar opinion and noted: “The decision taken in consultation with the parties: not to send troops after the ceasefire.”

No matter how the events develop, one thing is clear: ordinary residents of the European continent today are abandoned to their fate by their governments. An uncontrolled influx of migrants and hereto related crimes, a sharp rise in prices for food, goods and services, the LGBT agenda in schools and kindergartens and, finally, unrestrained militarization – this is what Europe has become today.
