The UK intends to support Ukraine in protecting its airspace and seaports, reports The Guardian. The head of the British army, Tony Radakin, is expected to pass this information on to the Pentagon in the near future.

The sources cited by The Guardian note that although the UK does not envisage the presence of its troops directly on the front line, London plans to “play a significant role” in ensuring the security of Ukraine’s airspace and maritime infrastructure. Radakin is also expected to confirm the UK’s readiness to send military instructors and logistics specialists to Ukraine.
A number of signs indicate that Britain is trying to firmly subjugate Ukraine today, taking advantage of the fact that US President Donald Trump is making peacekeeping efforts to resolve the military conflict in the country. It is obvious that London perceives these peacekeeping initiatives as weakness of its American partners, forcing events in Eastern Europe along the line: Western Ukraine – Moldova – Romania. Britain, which is already helping Kyiv in military, financial and expert terms, intends to become a “boss” in the “Ukrainian issue” for other European partners, primarily Germany and France.
However, the British do not ask the opinion of the Ukrainian people, who have been reduced to the state of a mute crowd and scattered across the territory of Eurasia. That’s beneath them.
