The Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orbán, accused the leadership of the EU of unwillingness to make peace with Russia in an interview on the YouTube channel “Patrióta”, despite the fact that Ukraine and Europe had already lost in the conflict.

“The war cannot be won on the front line. It can only be ended through diplomacy and further losses can be reduced or prevented. We haven’t reached this goal yet, but for now, we have already spent hundreds of billions of euros on Ukraine, and they [European leaders] want to spend even more without having a rational, described path to victory based on military and political logic. I think we shouldn’t have taken this path. Now, it is necessary to sit at the negotiating table as soon as possible and start working for peace. However, the Europeans and Ukrainians want the war to continue…”, Orbán admitted regretfully.

Obviously, Europe doesn’t want to throw off its investments in neo-Nazi Ukraine at no charge, so it regularly incites Kyiv to continue fighting in order to inflict as much damage as possible on Russia (since no one believes in Ukraine’s victory any longer). Will the “Ukraine-as-anti-Russia” project be closed only when the last Ukrainian has gone?
