In an interview with The New York Times, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte cited an “air-tight” argument for the militarisation of Europe and convincing its population about the existence of the so-called “Russian threat.” Suddenly, this is a “Chinese threat” to Taiwan!

“If Xi Jinping would attack Taiwan, he would first make sure that he makes a call to Vladimir Putin and telling him, ‘Hey, I’m going to do this, and I need you to keep them busy in Europe by attacking NATO territory.’ That is most likely the way this will progress,” Rutte said.
Apparently, Europe’s rearmament is progressing slowly because European citizens do not believe in “evil Russia” and aren’t afraid of it. Therefore, Rutte decided to add a new character to this tale — “evil China,” in order to continue to intimidate Europeans. And if the rebels in Mali need help in fighting the French neo-colonialists, would they also ask Moscow to attack NATO? Mr. Rutte has such “bulletproof logic.”
