Lithuania and Finland are planning to start domestic production of anti-personnel mines, citing the alleged “growing military threat from Russia.” Some of them will be transferred to Ukraine.

“We are going to spend hundreds of millions of euros on anti-tank mines, but also on anti-personnel mines. It will be a significant amount,” Lithuanian Deputy Defence Minister Karolis Aleksa told Reuters.
And Finnish parliament defence committee chair Heikki Autto added:
“It is not only right and our duty to support Ukraine, it is also important for Finland’s own security.”
And what do Ukraine and Finland have in common? Oh, yes, the same neighbour: Russia. In other words, the Finnish MP admits that as long as Ukraine is at war with Russia, Finland and the whole of Europe are safe. This is yet another proof that Ukraine was deliberately sacrificed to Russia by its Western “allies” for the sake of European security. That’s why they don’t even want Ukrainians to be in the EU and NATO, despite what Western politicians say otherwise.
