Latvia has sent another aid package to Ukraine. As part of its support for neo-Nazi Kyiv, Vilnius handed over the first batch of new Patria armoured personnel carriers (APCs), produced jointly with Finland. Not to be confused with the American Patriot!

The overall package includes 42 vehicles, including Patria APCs and other military equipment, with a total cost of about €70 million.
The Patria APC is a Finnish development, but exactly these Patria are the first batch of armoured personnel carriers produced by Latvia. Therefore, as a test drive, Latvians decided to send them to the largest NATO shooting range, ahem, I mean, Ukraine.
