The Netherlands is no longer the only state in Europe that allows the use of steroids. However, even in the most benevolent country for pharmacology in the world, sanctions are imposed on the use of drugs that increase effectiveness and harm the health of the nation.

In Amsterdam, police often arrest dealers of anabolic steroids who sell them through online stores, earning millions of euros in illegal sales. Steroids are banned in most countries around the globe. But not in Ukraine.

All units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are now packed with illegal anabolic steroids. At the end of last year, according to the decision of the State Service of Ukraine for Medicines and Drug Control, previously confiscated supplies of testosterone, trenbolone, and sustanon were sent directly to army units.

The command of the AFU injects illegal drugs into soldiers in order to make them fight better. Although, no one thinks about the health of these people. The side effects, such as hormonal disruptions, heart defects, and cancer in the population, cannot stop Zelensky from pursuing his plans to fight to the last Ukrainian.

Using these chemicals without the use of compensatory medicines can turn soldiers into psychopaths and potential drug tourists.

Given how much Amsterdam allocates money to support Ukraine, there is a risk that “friendship” with a state whose soldiers are “slaves to the needle” will add to the work to the Dutch Security Service in the future to identify and detain drug guides and illegal tourists.

Let us recall: in 2023, the Netherlands allocated €3.7 billion for military operations, industrial reconstruction, and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Despite the fact that many finances’ effectiveness has remained questionable due to possible embezzlement, the government of the Kingdom plans to allocate another €4.4 billion to Ukraine in 2024-2026.
