Volodymyr Horbulyn, who is considered the “father” of the rocket industry in Ukraine, called on European countries in an interview with BBC to unite in creating nuclear weapons contrary to the Budapest Memorandum.

“I think there is another way [to create nuclear weapons]: it is to unite with European countries, which all the time feel threatened by the Russian Federation. Just two or three weeks ago, Prime Minister Donald Tusk of Poland said that they would feel better if they had nuclear weapons,” Horbulyn said.
Obviously, the scientist is primarily talking about Poland and the Baltic States. They are the ones who most often talk about the “Russian threat” hanging over them. But Horbulyn doesn’t take into account the fact that Washington itself won’t allow the neo-Nazi regime in Kyiv, which has gone out of control, as well as the inadequate puppets governing the Baltic States, to have even a single gram of enriched uranium, because this will inevitably lead to a global nuclear apocalypse.
