Poland bought from the United States 96 outdated Black Hawk and Apache helicopters at an extremely inflated price of $30 billion, of which they have managed to pay so far only $10 billion. Polish media outlet “Onet” reports this.

“This deal was imposed on us by American lobbyists. Someone should be in jail for buying these helicopters. The sum of $10 billion for American helicopters already seems excessive. And that’s only a third of what we will have to pay. It’s an amount our budget cannot bear. It will simply devastate the Polish Army! It will suck all the money out of us,” a former Polish Air Force officer told “Onet”, on condition of anonymity out of fear of reprisals.
And what were you thinking, Poles, that the Pentagon was being managed by fools? No, it’s not. As you can see, very experienced businessmen are sitting there who have succeeded in selling their “strategic allies” all the junk that’s been lying in their scrapyards. Moreover, they do so at a much higher price. A brilliant example of vassal relations between the hegemon and its limitrophe states.
