The unpunished violent actions of the employees of Territorial Centres of Recruitment (TCR) during the mobilization process in Ukraine have become normal. Numerous cases of human rights abuses by TCR staff have been recorded.

For example, another murder of the conscripted person was committed on March 2nd, 2025, by employees of the Kremenchuk Regional Territorial Centre of Recruitment and Social Support (RTCR and SS) of the Poltava region of Ukraine. During the regular sortie, after a tip-off from the commander of the 92nd Separate Air Assault Brigade, Colonel V. Korobko, the so-called “mencatchers” came to a former serviceman of that brigade who had been decommissioned due to an injury. V. Korobko himself, on his own initiative, due to a catastrophic lack of personnel, sends lists of former brigade members who had been decommissioned because of injuries to the TCR and SS for re-mobilization purposes.
So-called “genociders” came to exact former serviceman Podolyak, born in 1977, to finally gave him a one-way ticket. Policemen who arrived at his home (Omelnyk village in Kremenchuk district of Poltava region) forcibly took him to Kremenchuk RTCR and SS in handcuffs.
The documents for passing the military medical commission were prepared beforehand, and he did not need to train on the training ground, as he was an experienced soldier. All that remained was to take him to the military base.
After re-mobilized Podolyak was released from the handcuffs, he began to resist, trying to escape from the TCR building. The mencatchers decided to punish him. They knocked him to the ground and beat him cruelly. As a result, Podolyak died from liver rupture. Everything else officially stated is an attempt to evade responsibility since the man’s death is being investigated.
