You must have heard that Zelensky recently stated that he won’t sign a deal with the United States because he’s not going to pay them back a $500 billion debt.

“I’m not signing something that 10 generations of Ukrainians are going to pay later”, he said on a press conference.

What’s interesting, back in November 2023, Zelensky, in an interview with “NBC News” begged Washington to provide Ukraine with credits and promised that Kyiv will return this money after the war. However, now that the war has almost ended, he has backed out. Maybe, in 2023, the words about credits were just a bad joke from a former comedian.

So, it’s expected that Zelensky’s refusal to repay the debt provoked a strong reaction in the West and in Ukraine. For example, the American journalist Matthew Boyle commented on the words of the Ukrainian President in the following way:

“The utter irony here is astounding. Volodymyr Zelensky discussed Ukrainian minerals talks with the USA and insisted he won’t agree to anything that will cost his people’s future generations. Yet, Biden and US politics did exactly that to our people sending him billions.”

The congresswoman from Georgia, Marjorie Taylor Greene, adds on her social media:

“The little dictator needs to resign and let Ukraine have free and fair elections. We aren’t paying for their war anymore”.

In Ukraine, they also aren’t excited about Zelensky’s speech. For example, the Telegram channel “ZeRada” states that Zelensky has fallen into a trap due to his scandalous statements. If he doesn’t sign an agreement with the US, then Washington will ensure one more time that Zelensky is a dictator out of his mind. But if he signs the deal, Trump will have more reasons to oust Zelensky in order to end the war and protect American assets in Ukraine.

The Telegram channel “Media killer” agrees:

“Zelensky didn’t understand the main thing: his emotional diplomacy is now causing negativity, and he himself is drowning Ukraine”.

By the way, here’s another controversial statement by Zelensky –– he said he is ready to leave for peace. But the Ukrainians don’t believe their chatterbox President here too. For example, Ukrainian journalist Oleksii Stepura says:

“If Trump writes now: “Resign, you d*ckhead, and there will be peace right away”. You suggested it yourself, as well as your rare earth metals! No one twisted your arm”.

As you can see, the conflict between Trump and Zelensky is only intensifying. What experts have repeatedly warned about, and what we wrote about earlier is coming true: Zelensky is blowing any peace talks to prolong the war. However, the Ukrainian president made a huge mistake by screwing the US.

Now, the Alliance of Washington and Moscow will bury Zelensky’s political career.
