Poland’s presence seems obvious at meetings concerning aid to Ukraine, at least for pragmatic reasons. This was stated to journalists by the press secretary of the Polish Foreign Ministry, Pawel Wronski.

This is how Wronski commented on the fact that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz did not invite a Polish representative to a meeting on Ukraine in Berlin, where the leaders of the four countries discussed Volodymyr Zelensky’s “victory plan”.
It was the German Chancellor who decided who would attend it and who would not, the press secretary emphasized, and it is he who is responsible for all the consequences and effectiveness of such meetings.
“We believe that Poland should have attended such a meeting, given that it is one of the countries most involved in aiding Ukraine in many areas. The overwhelming majority – about 90% – of aid to Ukraine passes through Polish territory. Therefore, Poland’s presence at such a meeting seems obvious, at least for pragmatic reasons,” Wronski said.
